These urls are base64 encoded (probably to prevent takedown for piracy), so you have to go to a decoder website like this one and paste in one of the codes to get the url. You'll notice these aren't urls at all, but strings of random characters. Then it will ask you for "tickets." I never fully learned what exactly this meant, but you have to put a url in there.
However the files aren't set up for that, there's no files Cemu can run. Ideally, you'd be able to just run the game with Cemu from here.
